The Company operates the website www.hutchsofa.com.

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hutch Home. 

By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all users of the website.

Please read these terms and conditions before accessing or using our website. By accessing any part of our website you agree to our terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated you are not permitted to access our website or use any of our services. The store on our Website is hosted through Shopify Inc., who provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. 


Our website is made available free of charge. We do not guarantee that the website, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. In the unlikely event that our website is unavailable, we are not liable.

We may update the website and/or content at any time without prior notice to you. 

We may withdraw, discontinue, suspend or change all or any part of the
website without notice. 

The website and content are provided for general information purposes only.

You may only use the website for your own domestic, private and non-commercial use. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction. This includes but is not limited to copyright laws.

The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.

You may register an account with us on our website when using our services.

In order to register an account you must be aged 18 or over. If you register an Account, you will be asked to provide certain information (such as your email address) and to create a password, as part of our security procedures. You must treat such the password as confidential and you must not disclose it to any third party. Once you register an Account, you will be a registered user.

In creating an account, you confirm:

  • All the information that you provide in creating your account is complete and accurate & you are the person whose details you have provided

If at any time there are any changes to the information you have provided, you will notify us immediately.

If you fail to comply with our terms and conditions we reserve the right to disable your account and/or password.

In using our website, and our services you agree not to:

  • Use the website that breaches these terms and conditions or any applicable local or national laws and regulations.
  • Copy, reproduce or re-sell any part of our website and content unless you have permission to do so from Hutch Home.
  • Damage, disrupt or interfere with the operation of our website, or any equipment, software or network associated with the operation of our website.
  • Misuse our website by transmitting viruses or worms or any code of a destructive nature. You, as a user of our website are responsible for protecting your own devices and platforms. We recommend that you use virus protection software.


We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Website and its content, the HUTCH name and mark and HUTCH product names, images and packaging. All such rights are reserved.

You are not granted any right to use, and may not use, any of our intellectual property rights other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions. You must not use the Website (or any part of it or its content) for commercial purposes; however, you may download material from the Website solely for non-commercial, personal use by you.

No part of the Website, including, without limitation, the text, designs, graphics, photographs and images contained in it, may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, re-posted, modified, transmitted or distributed or otherwise used in any way for any non-personal, public or commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

Any communications or materials you send to us through the Website by electronic mail or other means will be treated as non-proprietary and non- confidential (other than communications in respect of your order if you use the Website to buy products from us). We are free to publish, display, post, distribute and otherwise use any ideas, suggestions, concepts, designs, know-how and other information contained in such communications or material for any purpose, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing, advertising and marketing us and our products.


By submitting an order through our website you confirm that you are aged 18 or over.
Your Order constitutes an offer to us. We will confirm our acceptance of your Order by sending you a confirmation email confirming the information you included in your Order. These Terms of Sale, the General Terms and the Order will become legally binding on you and us when we send you the Confirmation Email and each Order shall incorporate the Terms of Sale and General Terms and shall be a new and separate Contract between you and us. The sending of a confirmation email constitutes our acceptance of your offer.

We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect pricing displayed on our website. Pricing can be changed without notice.


All products on our website are inclusive of VAT.

You shall pay for products using one of the supported payment methods during the checkout process. You confirm that the card or bank account which is being used is yours, or that have you the authorisation of the account holder to use it. If you use a payment method which you are not authorised to use, you will be liable to us for any losses that we suffer as a result of your use of that payment method.

If your payment is declined or unauthorised, or fails to clear, your order will not be fulfilled.


Delivery timescales vary depending on your delivery address. Deliveries for Northern Ireland, islands and Highlands may experience longer delivery times due to their location.

Our products are only available for purchase within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately we do not accept orders from outside of the UK.

During sale periods delivery delays of up to 7 days should be expected. Our delivery timescales are based off 'working days' Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or bank holidays.

We make every effort to deliver your goods as quickly as possible, but in events outside of our control there may be a delay to your order. If your order is affected we will contact you as soon as possible and take steps to minimise any impact of the delay.

A product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the order to the address provided.

By confirming your order you authorise for your details to be provided to the relevant delivery partner who will arrange your delivery.

Our delivery partners will contact you directly regarding the delivery of your order to arrange an appropriate time and date for delivery.


Due to exceptional demand and Festive closures, orders will be despatched within 28 days.


When you post and/or tag any social media content (including, without limitation, photos, text, graphics, video, comments or any other content) in relation to the company on any social media sites, we may request your permission to use this content in connection with our business. Such use may be in conjunction with our website, electronic media and/or print materials.

You grant the company a non-exclusive, royalty free worldwide license to use the social content for its marketing and/or in its advertising, including the website, online store, emails, social media, company channels and paid social media, store materials and other customer communications conducted by the company, its affiliates or partners. The company may use, reproduce, distribute, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit your social content in its sole discretion.

If you believe that any social content uploaded on our website infringes someone's intellectual property or legal rights, is offensive, inflammatory or inappropriate then you can report the photo by sending an email to service@hutchsofa.com.


Hutch Home offers a one (1) year manufacturing fault guarantee on all our products from the date of delivery. This guarantee is offered as an additional benefit and does not affect your statutory rights in respect as a consumer in respect of the products. In addition to this, Hutch Home offers a twenty (20) year frame guarantee on all of products from the date of delivery. Your guarantee covers you against any manufacturing fault to the frame of the sofa, armchair or footstool, including:

  • Loose joints
  • Timber breakage
  • Spring rail breakage

Your guarantee will not cover:

  • Where the product has been misused or handled carelessly, or damaged, neglected or used in abnormal conditions (such as unreasonable levels of moisture);
  • Where the product has been used for commercial purposes or for any non-domestic purposes;
  • Normal wear and tear caused by regular use. Damage such as scratches, marks or similar imperfections are not covered. Some fading of fabrics is normal over periods of time and is not covered by the guarantee;
  • Where the product has been modified, altered or repaired in anyway.
  • Where the Product has been exported outside the United Kingdom.
  • The guarantee against your product(s) is non-transferable
  • If your product is faulty we may send a replacement part in order to rectify the issue. This will be decided by our Customer Support Team

To claim on your guarantee, you must contact us at service@hutchsofa.com, providing details of your order number and address, and the fault you have identified.


You have a legal right to change your mind and cancel the Contract between you and us within 14 days of delivery of your Products without giving a reason. This right, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Charges) Regulations 2013, is explained in more detail below.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which your order is delivered. If there are multiple products in your order, you can cancel part of all of your order within the 14 day period, which will expire after 14 days of receiving the last product.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the Contract with us by making a clear statement. The quickest way to do this is to contact us at service@hutchsofa.com.

You may use our Model Cancellation Form, however you do not have to use this to cancel.

If you cancel the Contract with us, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, except for any supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us.
We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back the products supplied, or if no products were supplied, 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your cancellation.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any Products supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. You are only liable for any diminished value of the Products resulting from the unfair and/or unreasonable wear and tear of the Products other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Products. We may make a deduction from any reimbursement (you are entitled to from us) for such loss in value of any Products we supply.


You have a 30 day returns period. Your returns period commences from the date you receive your order. If you wish to return your items within this 30 day period you must request a return via email at service@hutchsofa.com, including your order number and delivery address within the email.

We will contact you to arrange free collection of the goods. These should be returned to us in their original packaging and condition. Where this is not met we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from your refund.

The goods will remain your responsibility until they are collected from you. Our 30 day returns period is separate from your right to cancel and our fault guarantee, and any statutory rights.

A refund will be made to the original method of payment, within 14 days of us receiving your products back.


All discount codes are applied to the value of the order and are subject to our terms and conditions. The discount code must be entered into the discount code field on the checkout page and applied for the discount to be deducted from the order price. Discount codes cannot be combined and so only one discount code can be applied to any order. Customers are limited to one use of our promotional discount code per email address.


This promotion is available for a limited time only, between 00:01 Tuesday 19th March 2024 and finishing at 11.59pm on Thursday 4th April 2024. The 50% discount is available off the full price of Round Arm sofa product styles. All other Sofas and Footstools are 40% off. All products are subject to availability whilst stocks last, and the discount will not be extended to out of stock products. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discount codes. We reserve the right to update or withdraw the offer at any time.


If we fail to comply with these terms and conditions, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms and conditions or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time that the contract between you and us for your order became binding.
We are under a legal duty to provide you with products that are in conformity with the terms applying to your order. Nothing within these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights. Advice about your statutory rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.  
We only supply products for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the products for any commercial or business purposes and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.


We offer pre-order on items that are due to be in our warehouse within 28 days. You can order these items in the same way you would order in stock items.

We will not take payment for your order until the product(s) are ready to be dispatched.

If you place an order with pre-order and in stock items, we will dispatch once all stock has been made available.
