Delivery
We offer FREE standard delivery Monday to Friday. For the majority of postcodes, we aim to deliver within 10 working days. Please see our T&Cs for more info

Sofa Care
Definitely! Carefully vacuum your sofa using the soft brush upholstery attachment at least once a week, dust removal may be improved by brushing with a soft brush or velvet brush. Dirt and dust will rapidly increase fabric wear and may cause the dulling and fading of colours. Give the sofa legs a wipe over with a clean, dry cloth - do not use spray polishes or cleaners as any overspray may damage the fabric
Blot any spillages immediately with a clean dry cloth. Spot clean only with a damp cloth - do not use a large amount of water as this may permanently stain the fabric
Use a professional. They will know which cleaning products and equipment they can use on our fabrics
Returns
We know you'll love your sofa. If for any reason you don’t, you can return it free of charge within the 30 day trial period. To request a refund, contact service@hutchsofa.com with your order number and delivery address. Please see our T&Cs for more info
All refunds will be processed within 14 days once your order has been returned
